An early rod built in 1986; his 19th overall. Looks just as fine as his latest work; pure builder consistency.

Agate stripper with burl up lock seat, very good plus cork condition, super "Z" ferrules with ferrule cap and 2 perfect matched tip sections.

It's cast is crisp, moderate that delivers at all distances. I cast it with a DT #4 and a pure silk #5 and it gets high marks!

With original bag and tube.
